Ulnoryth is an instrumental post-metal project from Reykjavík, Iceland.
We started making music together without much of a plan. Just long nights, heavy guitars, too much reverb, and a shared obsession with the space between silence and noise.
Our music moves between slow, crushing riffs and fragile atmospheric passages. We don't really think about genres when we write. Sometimes a song needs to be loud enough to shake the walls. Sometimes it barely needs to make a sound.
Most of what we create comes from feelings we can't quite explain in words. Maybe that's why we never felt the need for vocals.
