Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (the “Agreement”) govern the relationship between the user and the administration of the “Rivrox” service (the “Service”), providing services for hosting, streaming, and distributing musical content.
1. General Terms
By using the Service, the User agrees to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Data Processing Consent, and the Cookie Policy. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please stop using the service.
2. Registration and Account
To access the full functionality of the Service, the user must register with a valid email address. The user is responsible for the security of their account and all activities under it. The Administration may suspend or delete an account in case of violations of these Terms.
3. User Content
Users may upload music, images, and texts provided they have all necessary rights to such materials. It is prohibited to publish content that infringes copyrights or violates the laws of the Russian Federation or the EU. The Administration may remove content that violates these rules.
4. Copyright and Related Rights
All rights to user-uploaded content remain with their respective owners. The Service receives a non-exclusive license to store, process, and publicly perform the content within the Service’s functionality. By uploading a track, the user grants the Service permission to display and stream it for non-commercial purposes and to use its metadata (title, cover, author).
5. Liability
The User is solely responsible for the content they publish and their actions on the site. The Administration is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service or its malfunction, except as required by law. Violations of these Terms may result in account suspension or deletion.
6. Restrictions of Use
Users are prohibited from: (1) distributing spam, malware, or harmful links; (2) engaging in insults or discrimination; (3) uploading illegal content; (4) collecting data of other users; (5) interfering with the operation of the Service.
7. Commercial Use and Advertising
Posting advertisements or commercial content by users is allowed only with prior consent of the Administration. The Service may display ads on track and profile pages without compensation to users unless otherwise agreed.
8. Paid Features
Some features of the Service may be paid. Payments are processed through secure payment gateways. Refunds are made according to the Public Offer and applicable laws of the Russian Federation and the EU.
9. Account Deletion
Users can delete their account in the “Settings” section. Upon deletion, all data and content are permanently erased, except for logs that must be retained under law (e.g., consent records).
10. Modifications
The Administration may modify these Terms without prior notice. The latest version is always available at /terms-of-use. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
