Terms of Use

These Terms govern the use of rivrox.com and Rivrox features (the “Service”). By using the Service, the User agrees to these Terms and to other Rivrox documents referenced here.

1. Service and Account

Rivrox provides a technical platform for uploading, listening to and managing music and other user content, interaction between users, and additional features including AI tools. Some features may be paid and are governed by the Public Offer and Payment and Refund Terms.

The User must provide accurate information, protect account credentials and must not transfer an account to circumvent Service restrictions.

2. Age and Capacity

The User must have the legal capacity required by applicable law for the relevant actions. Where a minor needs consent from a legal representative, that consent must be obtained before the relevant feature is used.

3. User Content

The User retains rights that belong to the User in uploaded content. By publishing content, the User confirms having the rights, consents and permissions required for its publication and use through the Service.

While content remains published, the User grants Rivrox a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence limited to what is technically necessary to operate the Service, including storing, copying, encoding and transcoding, reproducing, making available, communicating or otherwise technically delivering the content to users within Rivrox functionality. This licence does not transfer ownership to Rivrox and ends after removal of the content, except for limited technical and backup copies required for security, recovery and legal compliance.

4. Prohibited Use

Rivrox may not be used to violate law or third-party rights, bypass security measures, gain unauthorised access, distribute malicious code, commit fraud, send spam, manipulate statistics artificially, impersonate others, or publish content prohibited by the Content and Moderation Policy.

5. Copyright and Related Rights

The User is responsible for the lawful use of musical works, recordings, lyrics, images and other materials. Rights-holder notices are handled under the Copyright and Related Rights Policy.

6. AI Features

AI features may use external technology infrastructure. The User must not submit information or materials that the User is not authorised to disclose. Generated results are probabilistic. Rivrox does not guarantee uniqueness, legal protectability, absence of similarity to other results or fitness for a particular purpose. The legal status of a result depends on applicable law and the actual human creative contribution.

7. Moderation

Rivrox may review reports, limit visibility, suspend distribution or remove content, and restrict features or accounts where necessary to comply with law, these Terms, or to protect users or the Service. Where technically available, the User may be informed of the reason and available review process.

8. Account Deletion

The User may stop using the Service and use any available account deletion feature or contact info@rivrox.com. Deletion does not override legal retention duties and does not require immediate erasure of technical backups that are excluded from ordinary use and removed according to the applicable backup cycle.

9. Availability and Changes

Rivrox may change, update, temporarily restrict or discontinue features for technical, legal or organisational reasons. Material changes to paid services will not retroactively worsen an already paid Order contrary to its terms or mandatory law.

10. Liability

The parties are responsible in accordance with applicable law. Rivrox is not responsible for User actions, third-party sites or services, or interruptions outside reasonable Rivrox control, but nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Personal Data

Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy and cookies are described in the Cookie Policy.

12. Governing Law and Contact

Russian law governs relations with Rivrox. Mandatory rules and non-waivable User rights that apply to a particular situation remain effective. Questions may be sent through the feedback form or to info@rivrox.com.

13. Changes to the Terms

The current version is available at /terms-of-use. A new version applies from the date shown on the page unless the document or applicable law provides otherwise.

The Russian version is authoritative. This English version is provided for convenience.
