Payment and Refund Terms

These Terms supplement the Public Offer and apply to paid Rivrox features. The payee and service provider is Evgenia Nikolaevna Tregubova, taxpayer identification number 503236138633, a Russian professional income tax payer.

1. Price and Checkout

Before payment, the User is shown the service name, price, period and key Order parameters. The base price is stated in Russian roubles unless the checkout page expressly states otherwise. Rivrox does not set fees or currency conversion charged by the User bank or another payment participant.

2. Payment Provider

Payment is processed through an available payment provider, including Robokassa. Full card details are entered on the secure side of the payment participant and are not stored by Rivrox. Rivrox receives technical payment status, amount, time and transaction identifier data for accounting purposes.

3. Payment Confirmation

A payment is confirmed when Rivrox receives reliable server-side notice from the payment provider. If funds are debited but the service is not allocated within a reasonable time, the User should contact info@rivrox.com with the account email, date, amount and available transaction identifier, without sending the full card number or CVC/CVV.

4. AI Credits

Unless a specific package states otherwise, one AI Credit is used for one completed generation of one track and the package is valid for 30 calendar days from allocation. Unused credits do not convert into cash after expiry. Where generation fails technically and the Service confirms the failure, the deducted credit is restored with the remaining package validity.

5. Account Plans

An Account Plan gives access to stated features for the paid period. There is no automatic renewal unless the User separately and clearly agreed before payment to recurring charges. Expiry ends access to paid features but does not itself delete the account or user content.

6. Refund Requests

Refund requests should be sent to info@rivrox.com and identify the account, payment date and amount, service and reason. Cancellation is governed by the Public Offer, Article 782 of the Russian Civil Code and other mandatory rules applicable to the particular relationship. The amount may take into account the portion already performed and documented actual expenses where law permits.

7. Failed and Erroneous Transactions

If a payment is unsuccessful or cancelled, the service is not allocated. An amount temporarily reserved by a bank may be released by the bank without a separate Rivrox refund. A confirmed duplicate charge is refunded for the excess payment where a separate service was not provided for it.

8. Refund Timing

After a refund is approved, Rivrox initiates it through the available payment channel. Actual posting time depends on the payment provider, bank and payment method. Where law sets a mandatory period for a specific case, that period applies.

9. Professional Income Tax Receipt

The Provider generates and delivers a professional income tax receipt as required by Russian Federal Law No. 422-FZ. Where a refund occurs, the transaction and receipt are corrected in accordance with law and the applicable “My Tax” solution.

10. Refund Destination

As a rule, a refund is made through the original payment method where technically possible and consistent with payment-system and legal requirements. Rivrox does not ask for CVC/CVV, banking passwords, one-time bank codes or a full card number for an ordinary refund.

11. Payment Disputes

A bank dispute or chargeback does not prevent the User from contacting Rivrox directly. If the bank has already returned the same amount, Rivrox may take that refund into account to prevent duplicate reimbursement.

13. Updates

The current version is available at /payment-terms. A new version applies to future payments from its effective date and does not retroactively alter an already paid Order contrary to law or the terms of that Order.

The Russian version is authoritative. This English version is provided for convenience.
