End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. General

The “Rivrox” Service includes web software, mobile applications, and APIs for uploading, streaming, publishing, and promoting music content. This Agreement is a binding legal contract between the User and the Administration, regulating the use of software components and materials of the Service.

2. License Grant

The Administration grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. The license does not transfer ownership of any software or content on the Service.

3. Intellectual Property

All rights to software, source code, design, database, UI, trademarks, logos, and player belong to the Administration or respective rights holders. The User may not copy, decompile, modify, reproduce, or distribute the software or interface elements without written permission. Music uploaded by Users remains their property but is licensed to the Service under a simple (non-exclusive) license for hosting, streaming, and public performance.

4. User Rights

• Use the Service as intended and within this Agreement;
• Upload and publish own content with proper rights;
• Listen, comment, repost, and create playlists;
• Access API and widgets within public functionality.

5. Restrictions

The User must not:

• use the Service commercially without authorization;
• interfere with servers or bypass security mechanisms;
• extract audio streams, source code, or databases;
• build derivative services based on the Service;
• use bots, scrapers, or automated data collection tools;
• share access credentials with third parties.

6. Updates and Modifications

The Service may update automatically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new version. The Administration reserves the right to modify features, APIs, or interfaces without notice.

7. Liability

The User is fully responsible for lawful use of the Service. The Administration is not liable for:

• data loss or downtime caused by third parties or force majeure;
• misuse of content by Users;
• unauthorized account access due to User negligence.

8. Termination

The Administration may terminate this license if the User violates the Agreement or other Service policies. The User may terminate usage at any time by deleting their account in accordance with the Account Deletion Policy.

9. Third-Party and Open-Source Components

The Service may include open-source components. Their licenses are published in the source files. The User accepts those license terms as part of this Agreement.

10. Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation and international law, including GDPR and the EU Copyright Directive. EU Users are also subject to local consumer protection rules. Disputes are resolved in the jurisdiction of the Service Administration.
