  • Can I have multiple playlists? — Yes, there’s no limit.
  • How to follow a user? — On the artist’s page, click “Follow.”

7. How charts and rankings work

  • Top tracks (last 30 days). — Only activity from the last 30 days is counted. Tracks need real plays, likes, reposts and comments in this period to get into the chart.
  • Top tracks (all time). — Uses all activity since the track was published. The more real plays, likes, reposts and comments a track has, the higher it goes.
  • Top artists. — Combines activity across all tracks of an artist (plays, likes, reposts, comments) plus the number of followers. More listening and following means a higher position.
  • Top playlists and albums. — Counts likes, reposts and comments of the playlist/album itself, as well as plays of the tracks inside.
  • Top by genre. — Same track charts, but inside one genre only. For example, “Top tracks — Rock” shows up to 100 rock tracks with the highest activity.
  • Unavailable tracks. — Blocked or deleted tracks and profiles do not participate in charts and are automatically removed from rankings.
  • Position updates. — Every time you open a chart page, data is recalculated based on current stats, so positions may change during the day.

8. How the “New” sections are formed

  • New tracks. We take one latest published track from each active artist. The list is sorted by freshness first, and then by activity for the last 30 days (plays, likes, reposts and comments).
  • New tracks by genre. Works the same way as the main “New tracks” section, but only inside the selected genre (rock, pop, electronic, etc.).
  • New albums. Albums are sorted by release date (if set) or by creation date. The newest releases from active profiles appear at the top.
  • New artists. Shows users who registered recently and have already uploaded at least one non-blocked track. The newest profiles go first.
  • New playlists. Only playlists that contain at least one available track are shown. The list is sorted by creation date: newest first.
  • Preview on the “New” page. The “New” page shows a small preview from each block. Full lists are available on the separate pages: “New tracks”, “New albums”, “New artists”, “New playlists” and “New tracks by genre”.

9. How the Feed works

  • What is the Feed? — It’s your personal list of new tracks from artists you follow. The “Feed” section is visible only to you and is located on your profile page.
  • How do I follow an artist? — Open the artist’s page and click the “Follow” button. Their new tracks will then appear in your feed.
  • How do I unfollow? — Go to the artist’s page again and click “Unfollow” (or the button that shows you are already following). New tracks from this artist will no longer appear in your feed.
  • Why is my feed empty? — Most likely you don’t follow anyone yet, or artists you follow haven’t published any tracks. Follow musicians you like and the feed will start filling automatically.
  • How often is the feed updated? — The feed updates as soon as artists you follow publish new tracks. Just open the “Feed” section to see the latest releases.

10. Security and Privacy

  • Where is data stored? — Servers are located in Russia (for Russian users) and comply with GDPR for EU users.
  • Is data shared with third parties? — Only with hosting, analytics, or payment partners under protection agreements.
  • How to protect my account? — Use strong passwords and never share your login codes.

  • I didn’t get a login email. — Check “Spam” folder. Try again in 5 minutes.
