Consent to Personal Data Processing

By taking an action in the Rivrox interface that is expressly identified as giving consent, the User freely and voluntarily consents to personal-data processing on the terms of this document.

1. Purposes

Consent is given for creating and maintaining an account, authentication and access recovery, providing Rivrox functions, handling requests, maintaining security, preventing abuse, keeping technical logs and other actions directly connected with the feature for which consent was requested.

2. Data

Depending on the feature, processing may include email, name or alias, user slug, profile and preference information, IP address, user agent, session identifiers, login and activity events, support or report content, and other information voluntarily submitted through the relevant form.

3. Processing Operations

The Controller may collect, record, organise, accumulate, store, update, retrieve, use, disclose to processors and other recipients where necessary for the stated purposes, anonymise, restrict, delete and destroy personal data, with or without automated means.

4. Providers

For the stated purposes, processing may be entrusted to hosting and cloud, email delivery, authentication, security, analytics, payment and AI providers to the extent necessary for the relevant function. Further details are set out in the Privacy Policy.

5. Cross-Border Transfers

Where a particular function requires a cross-border transfer, it is made only after applicable legal conditions and formalities are satisfied. Consent under this document does not constitute unconditional consent to any transfer to any country.

6. Duration

Consent remains valid until the processing purposes are achieved, the relevant relationship ends or the User withdraws consent, unless longer processing is required or permitted on another lawful basis.

7. Withdrawal

The User may withdraw consent by contacting info@rivrox.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully performed before receipt of the withdrawal and does not stop processing that the Controller may or must continue on another legal basis.

8. Separate Consents

This consent is not consent to receive advertising where separate consent is legally required. Optional cookies and similar technologies are governed by the Cookie Policy and relevant controls where available.

9. Requests and Processing Information

The personal-data controller is Evgenia Nikolaevna Tregubova, taxpayer identification number 503236138633. The Controller's website is rivrox.com. Requests concerning this consent, its withdrawal or personal-data processing may be sent to info@rivrox.com.

10. Evidence of Consent

Rivrox may record the consent event in a technical log, including the User, date and time, version of this document, confirmation method and relevant session attributes. The record is used to evidence receipt of consent, maintain security and resolve disputes.

11. Changes to this Consent

The current version is available at /data-processing. If processing changes in a way that requires a new consent, Rivrox will request that consent separately in the interface before the relevant processing begins.
