Copyright and Related Rights Policy

Rivrox respects copyright and related rights and reviews substantiated infringement notices. This Policy applies to musical works, lyrics, recordings, performances, images and other protected material.

1. User Responsibility

By uploading material, the User confirms being the rights holder or having the licences, permissions or other lawful authority required to publish and make the material available through Rivrox. Purchasing a copy, possessing a file or naming the author does not by itself grant publication rights.

2. Rights in Content

Rivrox does not acquire exclusive ownership merely because content is uploaded. The User grants the limited technical non-exclusive licence described in the Terms of Use for storage, processing and delivery through the Service.

3. Rights-Holder Notice

A rights holder or authorised representative may submit a notice through the report form or to info@rivrox.com. A useful notice should identify the claimant, provide contact details, describe the protected work, identify the disputed URL, explain the basis of rights and the alleged infringement, confirm good faith and accuracy, and provide authority information where a representative acts.

4. Review

Rivrox may request additional information, temporarily restrict material during review, provide the substance of the claim to the User where appropriate, or take other measures. A notice that is too incomplete to identify the material may remain pending until the necessary information is provided.

5. User Response

The User may submit a response and evidence of lawful use. Where there is a genuine rights dispute, Rivrox is not required to determine complex private-law ownership issues in place of the parties and may maintain restrictions until the dispute is resolved, a court decides the matter or sufficient evidence is provided.

6. Repeat Infringement

Repeated or clearly bad-faith infringement may result in upload restrictions, feature restrictions or account blocking.

7. AI Results

Use of AI does not remove the User obligation to check source-material rights and the legality of publishing the result. Under Russian law, an author is a natural person whose creative labour created the result; therefore copyright protection for an AI-assisted result depends on actual human creative contribution and applicable law.

8. False Notices

Claimants are responsible for the accuracy of submitted information under applicable law. Rivrox may reject repeated clearly abusive notices without limiting any mandatory statutory process.
