Content Policy

1. General

Rivrox allows users to upload and distribute their original music and related content. By uploading any material, the user confirms that they have all necessary rights and bear full responsibility for the legality and content of the materials they publish.

2. Permitted Content

Allowed content includes:

• original works or materials uploaded with permission of the right holder;
• content that does not infringe copyrights or related rights;
• materials free of offensive, discriminatory, or violent content;
• no NSFW or pornographic materials;
• compliance with the laws of the Russian Federation, EU, and the user’s country of residence.

3. Prohibited Content

It is forbidden to upload:

• tracks, covers, or lyrics that violate copyrights;
• pirated copies, remixes, or samples without authorization;
• materials containing extremism, terrorism, violence, pornography, insults, or threats;
• false information or manipulative content;
• spam, unsolicited ads, or hidden promotion;
• viruses, malware, or dangerous external links.

4. Copyright and Licensing

By uploading content, the user retains ownership of their copyrights but grants the Service a non-exclusive license to store, stream, index, and publicly perform it within the service. The user must ensure they have the legal right to distribute all uploaded materials.

5. Moderation and Complaints

The Service uses automated and manual moderation. Users can report violations via the “Report” function. Complaints are reviewed within 10 business days, and the content may be temporarily hidden during review.

6. User Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for the materials they publish and any legal consequences. Upon receiving a legitimate copyright complaint, the Service may remove the content without notice. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

7. Administration Rights

The Administration reserves the right to:

• remove any content violating this Policy or applicable laws;
• suspend users who repeatedly violate the rules;
• limit upload functions in case of abuse;
• use anonymized data for analytics and recommendation algorithms.

8. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

Right holders may submit copyright complaints to info@rivrox.com specifying:

• the exact URL of the infringing material;
• proof of ownership or authorization;
• contact details of the claimant.

9. Policy Updates

The Administration may update this Content Policy without prior notice. The new version becomes effective upon publication at /content-policy.
