Content and Moderation Policy
This Policy sets the rules for content and user conduct on Rivrox. It applies to tracks, artwork, text, comments, profiles, messages, playlists, AI materials and other publications in the Service.
1. General Principle
Users are responsible for their materials and must comply with law, third-party rights and Rivrox rules. Technical ability to publish content does not mean that Rivrox endorses or has pre-approved it.
2. Prohibited Content
Content prohibited by applicable law is not allowed. This includes material used to facilitate crime, terrorist or extremist calls, instructions for dangerous or unlawful acts, sexual exploitation of minors, threats or targeted harassment, unlawful disclosure of personal data, fraud, malicious code, spam and other clearly unlawful material.
3. Third-Party Rights
Content must not infringe copyright, related rights, trademarks, image rights, privacy, reputation or other protected rights. Copyright matters are handled under the Copyright and Related Rights Policy.
4. Age and Other Restrictions
Rivrox may apply labels, visibility restrictions, age controls or removal where required by law, the nature of content or user safety. Profanity alone does not automatically require removal where its distribution is lawful and applicable restrictions are observed.
5. Artificial Promotion and Abuse
Users must not artificially inflate plays, likes, follows, comments, chart positions or other metrics through bots, purchased traffic, automation or coordinated schemes that do not reflect genuine user interest.
6. AI Content
Users must verify that source materials are lawful and remain responsible for publishing AI-generated results. AI features may not be used to create or distribute material that would be prohibited if uploaded normally.
7. Moderation
Rivrox may use automated and manual methods to identify violations. Measures may include warnings, reduced visibility, removal, feature restrictions, temporary suspension or account blocking. The measure depends on the nature, repetition and impact of the violation and on mandatory legal requirements.
8. Reports
Violations may be reported through the report form or to info@rivrox.com. A report should identify the material, explain the issue and provide information allowing the claim to be assessed. Rivrox reviews reports within a reasonable period; where applicable law sets a specific or shorter period, that period applies.
9. Review
A User whose content or account is restricted may contact Rivrox and provide explanations or supporting documents. Rivrox may maintain, modify or remove the restriction after review.
10. Urgent Measures and Authority Requests
Rivrox complies with binding requests from competent authorities and may restrict access immediately where required by law or necessary to prevent clear and substantial harm.
