Children and Underage Users Policy
This Children and Underage Users Policy (“Policy”) defines how the “Rivrox” service (“Service”) handles access and data processing for minors, ensuring compliance with Russian and EU laws including FZ-436, FZ-152, and Article 8 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Purpose
The Service aims to provide a safe digital environment for minors and ensure compliance with applicable laws protecting children’s rights and data.
2. Age Restrictions
The Service is primarily intended for users aged 16 and older. Users aged 13–16 may register and use the Service only with parental or legal guardian consent. Users under 13 are not permitted to create an account or use the Service independently.
3. Parental Consent
When a minor registers, the Service may require parental consent for data processing. Consent is obtained electronically via email or digital verification. Parents or guardians have the right to:
- review the child’s account data;
- request correction or deletion of such data;
- withdraw consent at any time.
4. Content Restrictions
The Service complies with content classification under Russian and EU child protection laws. Prohibited content includes:
- violence, obscenity, sexual or 18+ material;
- promotion of drugs, alcohol, gambling, or self-harm;
- discrimination, hate speech, or illegal activities.
5. Data Processing of Minors
Processing of minors’ personal data occurs only with parental consent and is strictly limited to what is necessary. The Service does not collect:
- location data of minors (unless required for functionality);
- payment card details or financial data of minors;
- any unrelated personal information.
6. Monetization and Advertising
Minors are excluded from monetization programs and payouts. Advertising shown to minors is filtered to exclude adult, gambling, or other inappropriate content.
7. Account Deletion for Minors
Parents or guardians may request deletion of a child’s account by emailing info@rivrox.com. Deletion occurs within 30 days per the Account Deletion Policy.
8. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide when registering and using the Service. If the Administration becomes aware that an account has been created and used by a person below the minimum permitted age, the Service may restrict or delete that account.

This Policy may be updated without prior notice. The latest version is available at /children-policy.
